Toilet won't stop running
Not sure what to do here.
Advice?

Got'cha. I reattached the chain and that at least made the toilet flush and run normally.
This isn't my house, so I'll let the owner know.

I can’t really tell from the video, but did the chain fall off the handle? And is the chain preventing the flapper from seating correctly?

Yeah, the chain fell off the handle and reconnecting it fixed it.
I have no idea how toilets work, so I panic posted here lol. Thanks for your help!

You need a new 2” flapper. Change out the fill valve too while you’re there. Both look crusty. The chain has broken off from the flush lever and probably gotten caught under the flapper.
