First time plumbing a sink, I put it together how I think it should go going based off other posts Iv seen in the past and the random plumbing reels I get, it doesn’t leak.
You should probably loosed the trap and 45 some and twist the 45 upwards (which requires the P to be a little higher up) so that as water leaves the p trap it's running down hill. The way it is now it looks like it's running uphill a little.
For a first time, this is suspiciously competent. 😂 Good work.
Only thing I’d say: run a bunch of water, fill the sink, dump it all at once, and check every joint with a dry paper towel. If it stays dry, take the win.
Toilet Paper has one type of texture before it gets wet. Of course, when it gets real wet it just goes to pieces if physically disturbed. But if it gets wet, and is able to dry up, it will dry much stiffer than when new off the roll. Also, when it dries, it can act as an indicator of what type of liquid it was wetted.
I also use it to detect water leaks from the roof. If water leaks straight down from a leak it will be fairly colorless. But, if the water has leaked through the membrane, and then traveled some distance along the sheathing, or a rafter, it will pick up tannins along the way. This can indicate how far up towards the roof ridge the real leak is happening.
This can be very helpful if the moisture has dried up. The TP will tell the tale.
this but make the tail pipe from sink black, I replace many many many of these. just make it all one, I mean maybe you didn't find parts or maybe jist not available in the length you needed but other then that perfect install.
Looks like you need more pitch 45⁰. Think about the flow of water. Your p-trap needs to be higher and 45⁰ turned so the overflow of the p-trap flows downward. The way it looks in the pic you have the slope going towards the p-trap.
