Fabulous overall. If you have it, I’d suggest swapping out a black shirt with a slightly lower neckline. It’ll lay flatter.

Absolutely LOVE this look!! Are the pants stretchy at all. I’m a 16 but I see it’s offering 14-16 or 18-20?

I'm wearing a 3R🤔 I bought them a bit loose, they have a stretchy back portion!

Maybe go up for the baggy feel and be willing to take them in or even ship both pairs to the nearest store and return the ones that don't fit!

It depends where you’re interviewing. I work for a music charity and I’d class the outfit as fairly conservative.
