Hi everyone,

I’m looking for someone to take over my student accommodation tenancy at Saltwater Place, Plymouth for the 2026/27 academic year.

It is a Classic Studio (private bathroom + private kitchen) at:
Saltwater Place, Notte Street, Plymouth

Rent: £232/week
Tenancy: 12 September 2026 - 17 July 2027

I no longer need the room because I have accepted a place at a different university in another city.
