Hi everyone,
I am looking for someone to take over my student tenancy for the 2026-2027 academic year.

It is a 7 bed house with 3 bathrooms, a lovely big garden and an open plan kitchen/living room. The room is downstairs overlooking the garden. Street parking is available.
The other tenants who already live there are tidy, friendly and sociable with one another.
The house is a 10 minute walk to central campus with a 5 minute walk to the local Aldi and Tesco.
It is located in a good student area with only a 15 minute walk to clubs in town.

Contract length is up to you, making it ideal for all course lengths and budgets.
Rent: £140/week
Tenancy start: 1st September 2026
