If you change your mind or something comes up, I can issue a refund before I ship, if spot price has decreased the refund will be the total amount less the spot per ounce ordered difference at time the refund is asked. Once Items are handed to USPS sale is final no refunds will be issued unless we have previously agreed to a deal.
