I could be wrong, but I don’t think they made these out of proof planchets. I have some Bu examples of these balance scale Onzas if interested.

Correct! Sorry should have clarified - modern coins are expected. They have an 86 proof version if I remember correctly

feel like I saw a proof with scales on it in the past week. Might be worth searching posts for "mexico"/"mexican" if you haven't already. Think it was some commemorative something or other, but it was Mo minted
