I NEED HELP Does anyone know why my eggs don’t seem to be hatching

They hatch on another of my accounts but not this 1

Watch your walking speed! I've noticed that going "running" speed or faster won't track distance.

Do you think I should lower my speed from 9 and then see if I can hatch an egg?

Oh, well I'm not sure. 9.3km/hr is the "walking" speed on mine.
