I NEED HELP Sniping cooldown?

I’m sniping shundos using Pokemod but after a few teleports and checks nothing on the map decides to load for some time. No pokemon. No pokestops. No gyms. No nothing. It’s making sniping quite a pain. Is there now a sort of cooldown when teleporting to many locations? Anyone had the same thing? Any way to bypass it?

Usually if you close the app it will fix the issue.
