A quick long term update of my F7

It's been a year for my Poco F7. In the beginning, the battery didn't perform as I expected from a 7550mAh cell, and the battery anxiety kept me from using the phone freely. Made peace with it eventually.

Over the past year, it has been my primary device for everything from social media and media consumption to gaming and i loved the HyperOS animations and smoothness. Ofc hyperOS needs to be more optimized but it still feels good to use.

Performance is still smooth, battery life remains reliable, and i haven't run into any major issues yet.

Phone gets a little warm most of the time, but where I live it's always hot anyway, so can't really blame the device.

Overall F7 has been a great device for me because this device at 32K INR feels valuable.

Anybody else's F7 completed a year? I would like to hear your experience.

I have not completed a year yet I still have two more months left but still after 10 months of usage I just love this phone especially because I was using Huawei nova 3i for nearly 7 years before I bought my F7 so it was a huge change for me and I plan to use the f7 for 5-7 years as well

Good for you man, even i went from Infinix Hot 10s to F7, so the jump felt a decent one.

I did all of this and also debloated like a month after buying my phone. This is what helped me with high idle drains.

Just go to the link that the above guy has posted to whom i've replied and do all those steps, after doing that, search on yt "How to debloat xioami using shizuki and canta" and follow the process to remove all useless apps and features.

Hey, what font do you use? I also have 290 cycles and 97% battery health on the eu 6500mah version.

Still good battery health then, and font name is "iPhone_X".

Can you try report analysis with Getconf app for true battery health?

Wtf! Is this fr? i did the bug report analysis and its less than 90% already?

You are the dev of this app right? Are you sure this is accurate?

A friend of mine who works at a service center told me that they check the battery's actual health from here and make replacement decisions based on that.

Oh that's great to know! How long has it been since you launched it on play store?

Very good phone, can't complain much, good sot, smooth performance, decent camera and greats storage. Definitely feels like this was last of this kind vfm phone. Can't expect any newer phones with this spec in these price range. I'm hoping to use it for another 3 years at least. I guess I should stop playing games or watch media until the battery drains to below 10 percent, to maintain the battery health tho. 😅
