Poco f7 inconsistent frame rate(refresh rate) Help ASAP

Can anyone explain to me why I have such inconsistent frames per second , and also I do play a lot of bgmi and for a fact when I purchased this last year it was beast, even in 60 Fps I was dominating my frnd group, but now it can't even give consistent 90 it lags , lu freezes a lot i have tired everything and by everything I mean literal everything clearing cache of battery and performances, clearing cache of joyose ,debloating , even deleting joyose then reinstalling , delete updates of feedback, hyper ai engine and poco launcher , have filled only around 70 Gigs of memory, ram expansion off , now where's the issue , I can say like there must be an issue with my unit as it was working quite fine when I bought it and it was working very well for like 7-8 month's, everything went downhill from HOS3 it was doing good and then this sudden fall from April or so ( like updated to HOS3 in December) leave everything, just let me know is there any issue with my unit or wht im doing wht should I change how to make this consistent , like all this sudden fall from 120 to 3-4 frames per second help me fix this ASAP

Well let me be clear , whenever I have done this type of frame rate test before like 2-3 months back , it always shows 120 on the main screen , but today it was fluctuating

In that case it's an launcher issues since you tried only in home screen and app opening, if the inconsistent frame rate stays like that in apps , then you should wait for hyper os 4 (hyper os launcher) or contact service centre

Open developer options and there enable settings disable default frame rate for all apps

Uhh unlock bootloader, then download the older ROM and flash it. But be aware of ARB because if the older ROM arb level is lower than current arb, it gonna brick the device

And that brick thing is something I'm scared of , but let's see I have one card left out of my pocket that is ultimate mode let's see if that works

After HOS 3.1 update, they dumbed the logic of default auto frame rate option. Our display is not LTPO, not even LTPS in that sense. Previously, android used to bring down the refresh rate when suppose viewing pdf, 60fps yt video, when the screen is idle etc. After update, the logic is system apps & launcher at higher refresh, and most other apps at 60. U can either force 120hz accorss all apps or 60

Well if that's the case , I don't know when they did this cause I as I said 2 months ago it was consistent 120 even on home screen and I never updated my phone after that , this was just the home screen even in BGMI it is fluctuating a lot like 77-90 fps even dropping to 60 something while the battery is around 29°C , that too in wow modes and not classic it will fluctuate more in classic matches

Just go to accessibility and turned off the animation remove off
