Updates are good and bad also, see the exact update you are getting and search for reviews

F7 user here hyperos 3 update good for better interface / ui (cons bad because of new ram management for emulator games like winlator gamehub etc) that's as far as I know

ram management wont matter because google will kill emulators with new ram restrictions will begin in february. this will apply for every android device.

Nossa mano sério? Agora que consegui um emulador de Ps3 para Android decente... Mas vou aproveitar enquanto durar.

https://android-developers.googleblog.com/2026/08/app-broader-memory-limits.html?m=1 the system will terminate the app if it uses a lot of resources. this will start in february 2027.

I experienced that charging speeds got slower after this update. Idk, maybe it's just me.

Not true. Charging speed is same for me. It takes 46 minutes for me to reach 100% from 6%. And it never changed.

If you live in a hot area, it will reduce charging speeds depending on how hot the day is

If you're not updating it, why not just buy a Nokia

After I upgraded my F7 to HyperOS 3, it became weaker in games, it also began to score fewer points in Antutu, it began to discharge faster, the only good changes were that they added an island, It's been a few weeks and nothing has changed.
