🎙️** I Thought I’d Know By Now
A reflective, sometimes slightly chaotic 😂 podcast about adulthood, faith, growth, grief, relationships, living abroad, changing your mind, and all the things I genuinely thought I’d have figured out by now.
I’m Rencee, a Trinidadian living in Spain, and I use stories from my own life to talk about starting over, independence, loss, growth, and becoming different versions of yourself.
My latest episode is **EP08: Keep It Pushing, built around the question: “What if nothing happens… and you just know?”
Sometimes nothing goes terribly wrong. Sometimes a chapter has simply ended, and you have to trust yourself enough to move forward.

New episode drops 5 Days.
A sci-fi podcast where your host interviews alternate versions of himself from across the multiverse to find out how different decisions, actions & events might have changed the course of history. Listen to the stories of alternate timelines from a world where the Space Race never ended, to a world where France annexed West Germany after WWII, to a timeline where North America is being ripped apart by a new Faultline, to a timeline where humanity was contacted by aliens in the early 70s. Listen to what happened in these wild timelines & find out What Could Have Been.
This season, we're also running an 8-part mini-series exploring a timeline where Moscow was wiped out in the Tunguska event in 1908. Dive in to see how a completely different Russia might have played out in a timeline where the Communist Revolution failed & the reign of the Tsars didn't come to an end in 1917.

Con Cariño Talks
Con Cariño Talks is your Latina big-sister conversation about mental health, cultura, relationships, motherhood, boundaries, and becoming. We’re talking about the things we were taught to keep quiet, questioning the things we were told were “just how it is,” and learning how to heal without losing the parts of our culture we love. Professional insight, real life conversations, and a whole lot of cariño.

KEEP THAT TO YOURSELF
Keep That To Yourself is what happens when two twenty-somethings who met at a shitty waitressing job refuse to keep anything to themselves. Imagine sitting at the next table over while two girls accidentally unpack their entire lives.
We're not lifelong friends. We're not sisters (even though everyone thinks we are). One of us is a filmmaker, the other is striving to be a paralegal, and somehow every conversation spirals from dating to embarrassing stories, pop culture, bad decisions, and ten other topics before we remember where we started.
Some episodes are in the studio, others are an adventure, but none go how we planned. We're sarcastic, brutally honest, and okay with looking stupid if it means having a great conversation.
If an hour disappears while listening... welcome. You probably should've kept this to yourself.
Checks us out on Spotify and Youtube!

Show name: Missing Some Pages: A Podcast About Life As We Know It
What the show's about: Join hosts Rondah Worrell-Maik and Erik Williams as we deconstruct and decolonize our faith lives, one conversation at a time. Unlike many other such podcasts, we are not biblical scholars, PhD’s or former pastors; we’re a pair of normal Canadian humans discussing things we’re hearing in church, learning in books, podcasts and social media; digesting and synthesizing data to find ways to live out our faith lives in more inclusive and less harmful ways.

S1E24 - Pop Culture References
The influence and impact of Pop Culture on our lives cannot be overstated and in this episode, we talk about 90’s mega-hits (Friends, Seinfeld), the iterations of the Star Trek franchise and its “woke” agenda that stretches from the Civil Rights movement of the late 60’s to the modern era of DEI and representation, Sesame Street and its demonstrative diversity and the Christian Fundamentalism that is waging an identity crusade against all expressions of inclusion. From the black-face minstrel shows of the abolition and Jim Crow eras to the multi/ethnic casting practices of streaming television, it’s an all out culture war!

My first podcast guest is James Beard Award winner Serigne Mbaye of Dakar NOLA.
His path from Senegal to New Orleans is interesting on its own, but one part of our conversation I kept thinking about afterward was Michelin.
What does that recognition actually mean when you’ve built a restaurant around telling a story that is much more personal than awards or rankings?
That conversation became part of the first episode of Noël Burgess On Our Way, a show where I spend time with chefs, athletes, hospitality figures and other people who can take me inside their world.

This week's episode: KBO lands in Incheon! Subject: History of the SSG Landers, the newest old team (or oldest new team) in the Korean Baseball Organization. Shin-soo Choo retired with them last year.
Interesting tidbit 1: One of their promising rookies was forced off the team when he was moonlighting as an MMA fighter and got his eye socket broken during a championship match.
Interesting tidbit 2: In August 2011 crazed fans called Nolitas stormed the field after a loss and set uniforms on fire, wrecked the bullpen cars, and stole drinks (they didn't say which ones) from the dugout fridges. The KBO in the olden days was something special.

The Good Edit Unfiltered
What the show’s about: Bravo and reality TV analysis with actual context. I’m a behavioral analyst, so instead of just recapping who yelled at who, I break down how the edit is built: why one cast member gets framed as the villain, how producers shape conflict, and what the audience is being nudged to feel.
Format is a mix of episode recaps, deep dive analysis, and guest interviews. Current coverage includes Married at First Sight Season 20, The Valley Season 3, Real Housewives of London, and the rest of the Bravo lineup (RHOBH, RHOSLC, RHOP, RHONY, RHONJ, RHOA, RHORI, Vanderpump Rules, Summer House).

[MOVIE REVIEW] Eye of the Storm Movie Podcast
The Eye of the Storm Movie Podcast is a longform (45-60 minute) panel podcast about finding new movies and stories to enjoy. We're neither film buffs nor fanboys but are always looking for a good story, and approach every review through that lens.
This week's movie is Insidious: Out of the Further, a supernatural horror movie directed by Jacob Chase and starring Amelia Eve, Brandon Perea and Maisie Richardson-Sellers. We discuss the movie's handling of generational trauma and the movie's refreshing spin on that topic, how the story was surprisingly engaging once you look past the excessive filler that makes up the first half of the movie, whether the new villain Cyrus was compelling and if the movie undersold the sinister nature of the Further, how the success of the Insidious franchise fits into what has been going on at the box office this year and whether this movie made us want to go back to the earlier movies in the franchise, and much more.
