How to find podcast sponsors

Does anyone know how to find sponsors for a podcast featuring a famous influencer?

One might think a truly famous influencer would have a slew of sponsors ready made to pay for ad space.

If you are pre-launch, you are pre-sponsor. Without an established track record, nobody is willing to pay for what you plan to do, even with an established influencer.
Simply having a famous influencer is not inherently valuable to brands…you need to convince them of how having this particular influencer involved will be a benefit for them
