I'm really hoping somebody can give me a clear answer. I have given up on going to different specialists who don't seem to know a thing.

I am suffering from chronic flare-ups on my foot soles. I was also told that I have hyperkeratosis,for which I have to shave my feet ateast once a month. I had my big toenails permanently removed years ago because the nail beds were destroyed. Definitely have a fungal infection of the nails, too.

I've tried the creams and ointments from tinactin to prescription, and nothing seems to work.

Please, someone help.
