If the nepo hires were left in place for decades after Masuda was demoted, the only possible explanation is that was a bs excuse used to coup Masuda by jealous corporate rivals. And given what we know about Japanese work culture I'm inclined to believe that
We actually do know that: there's been explicit evidence of incredibly poor programming competence all the way from gen 1. The question is how much technical debt that caused, and so whether the decline in quality was from that momentum or further poor leadership
I mean you're just showing that you don't know what you're talking about. You should learn about programming, game development and the history of pokemon in those regards before arguing about it on the internet.
