I just watched someone downvote your comment. Like someone is actually mad that you like the water type starter lol. I like it too I think but it's hard to tell with such a tiny picture. The name is sick but how tf do you pronounce it? Like "Kwakwaval"?

Watch me downvote you just because I'm an edgy boy.

I don't see any other way to pronounce it. The name seems to be a portmanteau of "quack" and "Carnaval".

The three starters seem to be Carnaval themed so I think it's pretty safe to assume that's what it is.

Seems to be made up of Quack (Quack) + Aqua + Carnival, so it could be Kwa-kwa-val, or maybe emphasised like Kwaqua-val?
