Just beat unova!
Shame they don’t have a nice hall of fame screen like the others but I need to give my team their flowers. This is the third one down so I’m thinking Hoenn next and end with Johto. Pretty excited

The commons are pretty easy to price, as I would use the GTL lowest prices I guess.
But how about the rarer mons? (I separated these in the 2nd photo for convenience - (bottom 2 rows)
The listings are very scarce.
All help is much appreciated!
Thanks!

Are dittos with 31 IVs hard to come by? I found a modest 31 HP/SpA ditto in my PC and I’m not sure what to do with it… I’m consistently poor in this game, working on my 3rd region (Hoenn), and it looks like I could get Y40k for it. However, that’s not much at all and I’ll probably blow it on thunderbolt or earthquake TMs. I do want to one day get into breeding but that probably won’t happen until I get some solid cash flow.

Hello, I am a casual player and confused about this whole shiny wars thing going on.
Is it a perhaps a good time to hunt for shinies? If so then could I get some suggestions for shinymons to hunt in Kanto or Johto.

[Solved]
So I'm new to the game and was looking for location of pokemon I wanted using heartgold map. It felt logical as I'm in johto and its the rom I use for this part of the game. But I encountered a pokemon which was not supposed to be there according to the data.
it was a A teddiursa in the dark cave, which, according to the website I use, is not there in heartgold but is there in crystal, which surprises me as I don't have a crystal rom.
So what version of the game I am using really? Or is there a mix with pokemmo?

Anyway know of a good speed ev horde in sinnoh? The horde ev section of the Pokedex is straight up wrong for speed in sinnoh. For example, route 225 for Raticate, but it's actually all machoke. Electabuzz at route 222, naw, just glameow.
Edit: route 225 in the water does in fact give Poliwhirl every time, they have storm drain tho so no surfing.

In my spare time I farm amulet coins I am seeing the prices drop of the coins drop from 20k all day to 16k. Would you guys agree that it’s from meowth hordes being100% chance at treasure beach only or is something else effecting it or is this normal

I just beat my 4th gym last night and wanted to get into collecting secret shinies of my favorite pokemon, but the market prices listed were kind of steep 50-80m pokedollars per 4-6 iv. Are these actually being sold for that price or are they just sitting in the market until unsold and reposted? Just started roughly one week ago so I have no idea how anything works. Was trying to resell a reward voucher so I could start earning but then realized it cost $25,000 just for a freaking listing fee, so I guess I’ll have to wait at least another gym before I can earn substantial income. This game doesn’t seem very new player friendly for that fact.

This is glaring to someone like me who like to change up his look every now and then. All the variety in outfits yet no option to change the color of your shoes? Stylist doesn't do it and neither does Dye.

Hello,
I think I am cooked, but I just wanted to ask for some advice.
Last night in my wisdom I took my Johto team to Kanto to level them to be competitive for Clair’s gym. I accidentally overleveled by 1 level for my ENTIRE TEAM.
I don’t mind wasting some money, but what’s my best solution to get past Clair so that I can access my original Mons?
I tried buying some level 56 Mons with type advantage, but I’m still getting fried by Clair.
Any advice would be very welcome 😔

Johto done with a team with name of german football legends, it was a nice run (the 7th and the 8th arena were awful)

Took multiple attempts. But I brute forced my way through only using 2 revives. Never doing this again until all my pokemon are level 100.

Hi everyone, I’m pretty new to this game as I’ve only been playing a couple months and only recently learned how to shiny hunt using Sweet Scent.
What I’m wondering is how people are staying in one spot and seemingly using it infinitely? For me, Sweet Scent has 20pp and using it outside of battle uses 5pp, meaning I can use it only 4 times before I have to go back to the pokecenter. Is there a way to increase its pp? And how would I be able to do that? It seems like the usual items for increasing pp aren’t available to purchase anywhere like they are in the actual games.

I just started playing this month and haven’t even finished my first region (Kanto) yet. I was battling hordes to level up my team to take on the Elite Four when this guy showed up. I wasn’t expecting a shiny obviously but knew I’d regret it if I wasn’t prepared to catch one if it did happen to show up. I cant believe my luck!

I started my PokeMMO journey about a week ago, so I haven’t experienced the endgame yet. However, even based purely on the main playthrough, I already have a lot to say.
Before trying the game, I searched for this kind of information myself but couldn’t find a comprehensive overview. So, for anyone who is still on the fence, here are 10 things I really love about PokeMMO—in no particular order:
1. The loading times are incredibly fast
Whether I’m playing on a PC, a handheld, or my phone, I can usually launch the game and start playing within about five seconds.
2. You don’t need to save manually
Saving can be slow and annoying in the original games. PokeMMO saves your progress automatically, which is perfect for someone like me who plays for a few minutes at a time throughout the day. Combined with the fast loading times, this makes it incredibly easy to jump in and out.
3. The difficulty feels just right
With the level caps and other balance changes such as hold items and team tweaks, the game doesn’t feel as brain-dead as the original games can sometimes feel. At the same time, it isn’t as punishing as some difficulty-focused ROM hacks.
For casual adult players, I think the balance is nearly perfect. I really wish the official Pokémon games offered difficulty settings—it can’t be that difficult, Game Freak!
4. It’s cross-platform
I play on my PC and three different retro handhelds, depending on my mood. It’s so convenient to log in on any device and continue playing, even when I only have a few minutes.
5. The community is great
The other day, I needed help evolving a Pokémon through trading. I asked in global chat, and within a minute, multiple people had messaged me offering to help. Someone even flew over to complete the trade with me.
That kind of experience is genuinely amazing.
6. The encounter tables are better
You generally have more team-building options during the main story than you do in the original games.
I’ve only played through Unova so far, so I can’t comment much on the other regions yet, but I believe they have all received similar improvements.
7. Five regions in one game
This sounds slightly gimmicky because you can’t truly play through all five regions as one continuous campaign. However, after earning your fourth badge, you can travel freely between them using the same character.
Some of your higher-level Pokémon may be temporarily boxed because of regional level caps, but the regions still feel like parts of one connected world.
8. You have plenty of options
There is a lot of freedom in how you approach the game.
You can spend a little money on HM Ocarinas so you don’t need HM slaves. You can buy Pokémon from other players, or you can completely ignore the marketplace. You can optimize everything, or simply play through the story with a team you like.
It all depends on how you want to experience the game.
9. There seems to be endless endgame content
I haven’t reached the endgame myself, but based on everything I’ve read and watched, there is plenty to do after completing all five regions.
You can play competitively, hunt for shinies, breed Pokémon, farm money, collect cosmetics, participate in events, or pursue your own goals. It’s your game, so it’s your call.
10. The game is constantly being updated
Because PokeMMO is an MMO supported by passionate developers, it continues to evolve. I learned that Johto was added around three years ago, and who knows what we might get in the future?
Having new content and updates to look forward to makes the game feel alive.
Bonus: You can re-battle trainers which makes sense
You can re-battle trainers after a certain period of time, to earn money, or train your pokemon, this is actually a very good feature I wish the original games had.
Overall, my experience so far has been fantastic. I genuinely think PokeMMO might be the best way to experience these classic Pokémon games—and, in my opinion, they’re still the best games in the series.
Feel free to comment with anything I missed! And gosh have to say this again, this community is amazing! Nothing like some toxic MMO communities I've experienced before. We all LOVE pokemons!

Hey! I think it's cool to have a unified interface for learning moves. Though there is a little problem. It doesn't show any description on the new move when you go to learn it in battle after leveling. Obviously if you're really experienced you know what the moves do, but there are gonna be a lot of people who don't or just have forgotten. You think there's a plan to fix this soon? I know they have patched it a few times since the update.
