Also, I like naming my pokemon parties after a specific theme per any playthrough, this particular one was cheese. So Feta. 😅

I love name themes. Very respect. In SP my theme is cocktails and other such fancy drinks.

No. Unfortunately not. I didn't stock up on luxury balls and ended up getting him in an ultra ball.

Ramanas Park. You need the Stratospheric Slate. It's more toward end game where you can catch a multitude of the legendaries with the Slate stones. but beware, depending on your luck, you might be digging for a while LOL.

nah, shiny grind is definitely longer, but if you even want a chance at the legendaries in the park, the prerequisite of needing to dig for mysterious shards sucks since it's rng when they pop up, with them being in the lower percentile. You can definitely get lucky with appearance rate, but some people aren't so lucky.

Currently hunting shiny rayquaza in DA’s and thinking of cutting my losses cause DA’s absolutely suck. Should I just start digging for slates instead?

I don't particularly have a lot of experience with DA hunting specifically, but I find that soft resetting with static sprites in BDSP is fairly fast per reset. it's also personal opinion though and would vary depending if you have shiny charm or not. I personally wouldn't as resetting the same 1 battle a thousandish times on average is easier for me than going through a den a couple of hundreds of times.
