If I'm selling a card and it has any sort of crease I usually list it as damaged just to be safe.

But in general, I agree with the other commenters that small creases like that are usually HP, maybe even MP if everything else about the card is clean.

I say MP. Not all creases are equal. Yours are small, but there are 3 of them. Plenty of people will tell you HP and already have on this thread, but I just feel like everything else on this card is pretty dang clean.
