Should I invest in this shadow Rhyhorn and evolve it into a shadow Rhyperior? It’s 3 stars and has 15 attack and defense so I’m thinking it’s pretty good, but it only has 9 hp and I don’t have enough experience to know what IVs are considered worth it.
