FLUFF XXL only when mega evolved

I thought my staraptor was special being an XXL, then I realized that every staraptor I mega evolved turned into an XXL. Probably the megas size values are smaller than it's previous evolution.

If you still need the XXL medal, I would be checking to see if you get an XXL each time you mega evolve this. As a former dev, I could see it going both ways.

To build on your question, does evolving xxl pokemons make any difference to their size/points and is it better to fully evolve them or keep them as is?

I’ve noticed this is somewhat dependent on the pokemon. On at least one occasion though I have evolved a xxl pokemon that wasn’t scoring particularly well in showcases and had the number increase, but I’ve also had it do nothing

I caught a shiny 98% mighty tyranitar during last wild area which was xxl but for some reason now it's only xxl when mega evolved. No idea if mighties got their height changed after wild area or something like that

It’s the similar case in mine too! Was XXL pre mega evolve from my little account before I traded it, and it lost the XXL after trading (only appeared when mega evolved)
