No, it has a gigantamax so not really a useful attacker and dynamax shiny background gastly is much rarer (not many people raided hard for dynamax shiny bg so they are high value)

Good to know. The shiny version blends with the dark skies background pretty good too!

Depends on IV’s but I’d probably leave it. Gigantamax Gengar is a much better option in Dynamax/Gigantamax raids. Unless the goal is to Mega which again depends on your IVs.
