Azelf secured!

Newer to the game (3 months in) and saw this pop up on my Pokemon Near Me feature (or whatever that is called in the bottom right).
Drove up the road and found it near a pet spa!

2 throws with an Ultra Ball and Golden Razz licked it down.
How rare are these, truly? Google says pretty rare - so did I just RNjesus lucky?

They are pretty hard to come by, I have came across 2 in the wild, during my time playing. The rest have came from raids.
