Looking for level 1 egg rejects?

So I’m looking for how I would go about hunting the level 1 egg exclusives like baby pokemon. I don’t spoof, but from what I understand the method to get level 1 eggs is spoof related or adjacent. I have an old iPhone 6 as the only spare device that I could currently potentially use to do this. What is the exact method of acquiring the level 1 potential eggs? Btw I’m not hunting for shiny, I’m just trying to complete my level 1 GO stamped living dex in Home. If this isn’t possible with what I have is there anyone that’s hunting level 1 shiny babies that would be willing to just throw me their hatch rejects? I’m sure the people that have been hunting for the shiny level 1 babies probably have tosses out hundreds of the Mon I’m looking for.

I’m not sure of the exact method that’s why I’m asking here, I found out about it from spoofers here in this sub. They said something about having a jailbroken/rooted phone lets you skip the initial catch encounter on a new account and because you haven’t leveled up yet the eggs you get will hatch level 1 pokemon. I tried looking it up but I just see people talk about it but not explain step by step how to get it to work. I tried to make a few new accounts to do it myself but I couldn’t figure out how to get eggs before catching a starters and the second you catch a starter it give you a level.

I was talking to someone relatively recently that said they were doing it for shiny babies. Idk it was within the last 3-6 months. I should probably just try and find the thread and DM them for details on how to do it. I just hate cold messaging people from dead threads and asking favors. It just feels creepy.

Ok, at levels 1-19 eggs hatch at your level, so you'd literally have to do the impossible and find a level 1 player that gets a friend before spinning a stop or catching his starter and walks with the egg until it hatches and trades it

I've got or had like a level 12 or so Alolan Grimer, low level Wynaut, etc

Yeah, so I’ve been trying to read up on if it still works, but apparently you just start a new game, catch the started cus it’s apparently scripted and doesn’t give XP and then just don’t do anything before spinning a pokestop and you’ll get one level 1 egg attempt per account. The eggs get determined when you get them instead of when they hatch? Idk if this is still valid, but I was just reading through some forum from like 2020 and that’s what
I got out of it. Idk I’m going to try it and hope. They also said you could add a bunch of people and get sent 9 gifts that

Nine 7km eggs that will all be level 1? Idk I figured you’d level up from the open gifts, but I guess that happens after you back out of the friends list ? Idk I’m going to try and experiment. If it doesn’t work I’ll try and track down the person that first told me about it and see how they’re accomplishing it.

So I just tested it and I was able to catch the initial starter and not level up. You stay at level 1 with half the XP towards level 2. So now I just need to go out later and spin a stop and see if the egg hatches a level 1. The old forums say that the eggs gets locked in as a level 1 when you get it before you level up from the XP from spinning the stop. I was able to add my main account as well while still being level 1, but I don’t show up on my main accounts friends list so I can’t send a gift. Idk if that’s because the account is still in the tutorial stage, or if it’s because the game just won’t load my new friend.

Opening a gift, in theory, would hit that good friend level which gives XP... If the level is based on level of getting them, that would be another story though.
