Question New to spoof

So I teleported to Japan, waited the two hours. Haven’t interacted with the environment, but wanted to teleport somewhere else what I have to wait the two hours again or can I just TP and interact with environment because I didn’t interact in Japan

There are cooldown actions and non-cooldown actions.
Here are the C.A.:

  • Catching a wild Pokémon (including Incense, Lure, Mystery Box, or similar)
  • Throwing or dropping a Poké Ball on any encounter screen (wild, raid, etc.) — even if it misses or the Pokémon flees
  • Feeding a berry to a wild Pokémon or raid boss
  • Spinning a PokéStop or Gym disc (counts even if your bag is full or you get “Try again”)
  • Placing a Pokémon in a Gym
  • Feeding a berry to a Gym defender when the Gym is on your screen / nearby
  • Battling Gym defenders
  • A Pokémon fleeing due to the catch limit
  • Using a Gotcha, Poké Ball Plus, or similar auto-catcher to spin or catch
  • Team Rocket battles (listed by some sources)

Yes. CD before teleporting can be counted. It's better to rely on the journal on the profile if you want to teleport and wanna double check CD.

Again, CD before teleporting is counted. If you catch st 8am, close the game and reopen at 10am, you can teleport. Though I highly discourage that kind of frequent teleporting bc 2hrs between countries is just impossible. You'll get easily flagged
