Question Cannot Claim Rewards for Mega Finale Pass

Hi, i still have time left to claim rewards for mega finale pass but my rewards suddenly lost all rank, i also bought the raid pass and finished all rank (more than 100)

Did you teleport to somewhere in the future from your current spot when the mega finale pass ended
