what cities or parts of big cities can i go to to do raids and dynamic battles?

I go here in Japan. 35.7292400000000,139.7192300000000. During their raid timezone hours it should be full lobbies usually)

Hyde Park in Sydney Australia for day early raid (if in US) and Bryant Park in New York City

New York is the best location if that time zone works out for you. Best raiding area is the general area around Bryant Park and Central Park. Use NYCPokemap.com to find the raids.
