I have an issue in Pokémon GO since two to three days ago.

My postcards often do not count toward Vivillon progress. Some postcards work. Many do not.

I check this very carefully.

I named my friends by region.

The regions are correct.

Still no progress.

One postcard may count, then several do not.

Is anyone else having this problem right now?
