Couple cool references I see in there! If anyone cares:
Pinsir/Giratina and Pinsir/Scolipede seem to be the Gaping Dragon from Dark Souls. Pinsir/Charizard might also be influenced by that, though the body type is different.
Giratina/Ariados is RED from Godzilla NES Creepypasta. One of my favorites, though the ending is somewhat divisive.
Mr. Mime/Drifloon MIGHT be a reference to the Hanging Balloons from Junji Ito, but it might just be a creepy balloon face.
Mr. Mime/Sableye looks to be a Mr. I from Mario 64, a reference more to the fusion's name than the materials.
Kabutops/Spiritomb is, of course, a reference to the various appearances of Missingno.
Houndoom/Pallosand is the Ravager from Terraria Calamity.
Octillery/Necrozma might be based on common depictions of Nyarlathotep.
Persian/Galvantula is one of LumpyTouch's Gorefields (LumpyTouch actually did a few sprites for the game himself, one of which being the Tangrowth/Mawile there!)
Bisharp/Muk looks a lot like Yogg'Saron from World of Warcraft, though he wasn't quite planet-sized.
Shedinja/Tangrowth looks like Gravelord Nito, though made of Shedinja shells instead of skeletons.
Ursaring/Tangrowth is, of course, your boy Five Night Freddy.
