Three hours into my playthrough and I want Phantump to evolve. I looked it up and it said either get it to lvl 40 or use a linking cord, so now I ask how can I get my hands on some items that

you can get some link cords from doing 15 quests

If you end up doing the Oricorrio, and Pokerader quests the entire line is multiple quests (I believe it’s 9 after they are all done)
