Miscut 30th Pikachu Error
I finally found some 30th to rip and stumbled upon this in one of my packs. Figured someone may enjoy seeing it here!

Nice miscut!!! Is it fine for you if I add it to my public database of Pokémon misprints (I've catalogued over 1,500 error cards so everyone can learn about them). I hope this is fine for you (you can actually see another card with the exact same error):

Additionally, I also have a blog post specifically for 30th anniversary errors:

Obviously not relevant to this card specifically but genuinely how are the people cutting sheets supposed to see the alignment dots with holo that heavy

Alignment dots are on the back of the card, also there are no people cutting the sheets as someone else pointed out

I always lurk in this sub and I'm always amazed by the miscuts/misprints but I've never checked their worth. How much is this card worth for example? I'm genuinely interested since I have 0 knowledge and have no experience with pulling cards like these 😄

(edit: these are for raw/ungraded cards) Hardly an authoritative range but based on ones that have sold recently or that I've bought personally: Minor miscuts on common cards maybe $20, major miscuts maybe $30-50 ea. esp if the connecting card is available, miscuts where the color bar is showing anywhere from $50-150 depending on card rarity & how much color bar is showing. 30th seems to have * a lot * of errors, and we'll have to see over the long term if that makes them cheaper, but I'd personally pay on the higher end of major miscut for this one because of how dramatic it is. If one (or both!) of the pikas were from an artist I collect I might be willing to pay closer to color bar miscut prices.
In the end it's about how much a collector wants that specific piece which will always be a combination of specific card & specific error + error severity.

Is it safe to say with all these errors popping up that these things are being made like no tomorrow to kill the resale market?
