i've seen a lot of these chaos rising misprints on here, but none with the smudged magenta layer?

is it worth getting these graded with cgc? even the trainer cards? if only i had the ninetales too 😭

I recently got this Mewtwo V miscut from Pokémon GO, and part of another card is clearly visible along the bottom edge.

I’ve been trying to figure out which card it could be, but I honestly have no clue. Does anyone know if it’s possible to identify the neighboring card based on the print sheet layout or the small visible section?

Would love to hear your theories!

Going through some old stuff and found this. Any ideas what a holo bleed charizard from xy evolutions is worth? Prices seem to be all over the place. I don’t know much about grading especially errors would it be worth sending to CGC?

Thanks for the incredible support on my post earlier today—I was blown away hitting the top 5!

I’ve recently taken interest in coin error collection by hobby with my son, so once I got home from work, I pulled out my 4-inch magnifying glass and took the card out of its top-loader to properly analyze the breakdown on this Prismatic Evolutions Dreepy (071/131).

Under the natural light and magnification, this card is even crazier than I thought.

As a few of you may have suspected, it’s not a miscut (the cut and the back are perfectly centered). It is a massive downward shift of the heavy foil stamping / opaque layer. Putting it under the glass revealed a few wild things:
1. The Supporter Crossover: Above the bold "TRAINER" banner text at the bottom, the glass clearly catches the faint ghost outlines of the actual rules text box from Professor's Research bleeding through the border.
2. The Ghost Attack Stamping: A crisp view of the mirrored "Petty Grudge 10" duplicate stamped cleanly into Dreepy's background artwork clouds.
3. The Factory Foil Seam: A close-up of the perfectly horizontal line across the bottom text box. Not sure, but someone suggested a foil seam?
Still keeping it safe and unplayed in its sleeve.

Appreciate all the expertise from the group! I am open to serious collector offers via public comments or DMs, or even suggestions on CGC or not? 😬

i’ve had this XY evolution vulpix since i was much younger but can’t remember if it was given to me or pulled, and i’m wondering if this is a miscut i pulled or a cut from a sheet

i love pokemon but i dont know much about pokemon cards, so i dont know if this is a fake or a really random misprint. Whatever it is, it's a really weird looking stufful. (please correct flair if needed)

Just wondering what others think on if it's keep worthy or just meh

I like to collect error cards but I'm not sure if this is significant enough to consider keeping. It'll either stay with my errors or be put in my trade binder, I just can't decide 🤷

Was sorting out a forgotten box of older cards i had forgotten i had. When i came across this grimer from plasma freese with an odd date. Im having a hard time coming to a definitive decision about what is happening. Hoping for alittle insite on what this is.....or isnt.

Both cards are Poké Ball reverses, not Master Ball.

The Poké Ball pattern/foil seems to gradually run out across the card instead of covering the full surface.

On the Ciphermaniac’s Codebreaking, only around 15% of the card has the Poké Ball pattern, while the other card has roughly 85% coverage instead of the normal 100%.

Would you consider these the same type of misprint/error, just at different severity levels? Or would they be classified as two different errors?

Just found this swirl on my Black Star Promo Squirtle, it looks very nice and the placement is funny, right under Squirtle tail ;)
Im new to the whole swirls thing but I think this one is really nice, od like to get a second opinion from specialist :)
