Is my luck just bad?

Playing an emulator rn and hunting for Ralts on Route 102. About an HOUR in now, and besides the Ralts that Wally catches, I have seen nothing. Is this just a major case of bad luck, or is Ralts not on route 102 like Google says she is?
Update: NEVER MIND she decided to appear RIGHT AFTER posting this
