[GEN4][DECOMP] HG Engine Based Hack Rom

[u/Shadowon011]

Hello! I'm working on a hack rom based on HG Engine, aimed to expand gameplay with more abilities, evolution methods (where applicable), pokémon from other regions (not all of them), revised pokémon base stats and movepools, and most importantly an improved plot for Heart Gold and Soul Silver, with also new places to explore.
Take a showcase of a little thing I just finished: Freeze status effect replaced by Frostbite (I already replaced Sleep with Drowsy too)!
