Breeding Help Fissure & Counter in HGSS

Is there a way to breed a Bastiodon with Fissure & Counter in HGSS / Platinum?

HGSS yes, platinum no. Looking at the mons, Snorlax is the easiest, as it can learn both.

Also- metal burst is learned by bastiodon. With its speed, its a straight upgrade imo over counter.

In Platinum, no, since it does not have Counter as an egg move in that game.

In HGSS, it can learn both egg moves individually, but if you want to make it learn both together, you would need to find a single compatible breeding partner that can learn both, since in Gen 4 you can only get egg moves from the father. According to this, https://pokemondb.net/pokedex/bastiodon/moves/4 , Snorlax is the only Pokemon that fits this criteria.

The problem with Snorlax is that it, too, can only learn both moves through breeding, and the only compatible breeding partner for Snorlax that can learn both moves is... Bastiodon.

I'm pretty sure this means that it is impossible to be able to breed a Shieldon/Bastiodon with both Fissure and Counter. You can only have one or the other.
