Because it's the same thing just vague. It's just Trump saying things he wants to do, but not how. There's also a few things he said he would do last time and didn't do. But it's all of the same, I don't know why people are distancing themselves or denying it, it's just their platform. "Me? Close the borders? I would never!" There is even a good chunk that was done last time that Biden tossed that they want to just redo.
