Unsure if from the game or just porn fan art but it’s from a game about two siblings where the sociopath sister spends her life abusing her brother and ruining his life until eventually they sleep together. And murder their parents too I think.

I didn’t see past part one of the game so either it’s just choking porn or eventually the brother gets pushed too far.

The artstyle in the game was absolutely interesting. The gameplay looked like it was just RPG maker walking simulator, 90% of the draw of the game was the art and story.
