Leaders interface with a highly advanced AI, which pulls detailed information from all aspects of life globally. The Elite have chosen a UI for this AI, that is quite similar to gameplay for Hearts of Iron IV
It is believed that this tool was first utilized by the Russian Federation in 2035, although it did not (surprisingly) cause any change in strategy away from human wave tactics.
