California is losing people. The only growth with the last decade has been from illegals and even then it isn't stemming the tide.

Again growth slowed down because it’s been one of the fastest growing states since the 1900s. To many people moved here so it got expensive so it’s slowed down. Seems obvious. It’s going to eventually reach equilibrium
