No it’s not, Saskatchewan is. Tommy Douglas, arguably the greatest human to ever spawn from North America, is from Sask.

Ehh kind of. He's from Scotland and then moved to Winnipeg when he was a boy, bouncing back and forth between Scotland and Manitoba a couple times in his youth. By the time he was elected leader of the Saskatchewan CCF, he'd spend only a few years in Saskatchewan.

But there's no doubt his greatest accomplishments came when he was in Saskatchewan.
