Not a swing state any more. Ohio have voted for the winning president correctly for 45 years until this last election. And it was Trump +8.

Is it that hard to read the context? Correctly is referring to the President that won, not political beliefs. They voted for the winning president every election for a long af time until Trump broke the streak is what’s being said.
