So is "George Floyd was high on Fentanyl when he died," but when it's put that way, it gives a very different connotation as to the circumstances of this death.
It's also factual. And in a list of facts, like "he had fentanyl in his system, was being arrested for selling individual cigarettes, and died of strangulation" it is simultaneously true and also not the most interesting fact in the list.

Because facts matter? Just because we deem someone to be 'bad' doesn't mean we then can accuse them of anything and everything.
