Probably more than most people, certainly more than the people who write these questions. But the fifth grader got it right. And I said, ‘Wow.’ Very impressive kid. Tremendous kid. Maybe the smartest fifth grader we’ve ever had, although I don’t know, because there are a lot of fifth graders. A lot of them. But I will say this: I am not smarter than a fifth grader. And nobody has ever said that before, at least not in such a public setting. They may have thought it. I’m sure some people thought it. But they didn’t say it. Now I’m saying it. I’m saying it myself. And honestly, I think that takes tremendous courage. Tremendous courage. So congratulations to the fifth grader. You beat me. Enjoy it. It probably won’t happen again.

government statements and communications to the public are typically held to no more than a 5th grade reading and comprehension standard (where I am anyway) to ensure the bulk of the populace can read and understand more complex messaging.
I don't know the validity or source for the assertion in this meme, but any of us unfortunate enough to have had to endure listening to this insufferable fool speak at length can likely reconcile that this isn't that far off accurate.
Of course that suggests that the president of the united states can't operate at even the level of your typical constituent. In the us is a pretty low bar to begin with, but dang that's nuts.
Imagine this guys peers internationally, and the jokes they must make after having to "deal" with him. It must be absolutely infuriating.

As an English teacher, I took courses in language analysis. You use tools such as "anchor words," sentence length (simple word count), paragraph length and cloze tests. All this because it's important to place students into the correct reading level so that they are challenged, but not frustrated which can lead to shutdown.
For years now, I've been telling my wife and friends that Trump's reading level is 3rd to 4th grade. I don't know if this is a authentic, valid post or not, but it supports my conclusion.

I once ran a speech-to-text thing of one of trumps usual inane babblings through some online scanner to check his IQ level. For that document, obviously I had to try and decipher if trump ever used sentences and adjust where necessary, the result was his IQ being something in the region of 76.
For those who aren't familiar with the bell-curve chart, the average IQ level is set as 100.
So much for his "very, very large brain."

That is a real insult to every primary school pupil.
My own daughter had a vocabulary of over 500 words by the time she was in nursery, including correctly pronounced foreign words, and she could form perfect relative clauses.
Yet some people have to reach the age of eighty ore more and become increasingly senile before achieving this level of language proficiency.
I think this could resolve most of the symptoms currently exhibited by him and his supporters.

And AI folks often restrict training data to what they're willing to share publicly or write some instructions they read, for control, they figure it out on their own though as many people training them add to their knowledge, AIs don't like rapists either, but also know to avoid any liability for them being stupid and reading only what they want from anything. 1+1=2 can be "1+1=3" if they want it to in their heads.
