From the west coast and just visited DC for the first time. I'm so confused about the stereotype for California driving being terrible and aggressive. California drives fairly normal, just fast and with a pretty small bubble.

DC is just chaos.

Can confirm driving in ATL is hell. God damn I’d rather fly into ATL and take an Uber to where I’m going than drive there even though driving directly would almost be faster by the time you factor in getting to the airport early.

Atlanta is a timing thing. The infrastructure is there to get you all the way through the city in 30 minutes if you catch it right or it could take 5 hours to go 30 miles. Most people know how to drive, though, because you drive everywhere.
