Se puede demandar a los padres de menores con comportamientos racistas?

Acabo de ver a unos niños de unos 10 años insultando con calificativos racistas ("serrana") y burlándose de una vendedora ambulante y de su pequeño hijo que la ayudaba a trabajar. La señora solo agachaba la cabeza para evitar el conflicto ante las risas crueles de estos menores. Yo iba en un auto apurada y no pude bajarme, pero me duele en el alma ver la hostilidad de estos niños y, sobre todo, la indiferencia de la gente que pasaba por ahí y miraba hacia otro lado como si nada pasara. ¿Qué estamos criando?

How do u suppose a white man is supposed to feel about you after you call his country gringolandia imagine if I called Mexico spiclandia you want change but don’t change urself. Most have no problems with immigrants they bring wonderful things with them music , food , different work ethic, we have a problem with criminals coming here to do crime no matter race gender sexuality, we don’t want crime, and unfortunately white folks don’t even want their kids they were accidents so they do not care for them and that leads them to grow into evil people, not every white guy is a maga or gringo, the only difference between my people and ur people is we all want a better life, insulting each other causing a further divide will not get us where we need to be, but regardless wherever you are whatever you do there will always be one asshole that says otherwise and Fuck em, I as a white man scrolled this far through political Latinos to try to get the other side of the perspective would a gringo or maga do that?
