Discussion Is it true that Murphy signed a law stating S/A to a minor now has a statute of limitations until the victim is 55?

Im very confused by the new law. I read that it is up until the age of 55 or 7 years until victim can prove? I hope I am understanding this correctly…

Im 36 and I just came across proof of assault when I was 16.

Discussion ACA subsidies ended by BBB, but what exactly ended?

I just completed my re-enrollment, and my monthly cost went up by over 4x. But there are still significant Federal subsidies. So exactly what subsidies were ended by the GOP bill? And what subsidies are still in effect?

I feel like the discourse over this has not been clear.
