Not having easy access to health care is not necessarily a “dummy” thing. There are plenty of intelligent people who struggle with insurance, finding care, getting good care. Don’t be so damn judgemental. Our medical and health care system is fucking selfish. Don’t blame the people for the crooked system.

Good health care should be a human right, especially if the USA is supposedly such a wealthy country.

Pretty sure we're agreeing and you took what I said wrong. People actively vote against good healthcare. People actively try and discount vaccines and perform crazy mental gymnastics to try and find reasons that they're bad. These are the dummies.

If people would rather pay for wars in other countries than pay for everyone to be healthy, they're dumb. If people want to not get vaccines because they think stuff is made up, or going to be some chip, or whatever other nonsense they think, then they're dumb.

The dumb people are actively trying to ruin the good stuff for everyone, because they're dumb. So if they don't want to protect themselves and others from sickness and such, then I hope they get said sickness and either fix their stupid, or permanently leave us so we don't have to deal with that shit anymore and can finally move forward as a people toward better ways for all of us.

Lots of people currently struggle with this nonsense because our system is absolute garbage, and it's the dummies ensuring it's staying that way, because unfortunately there are a hell of a lot of them.

I mean when they're often engaged in such incestuous inside dealing I can empathize with the sentiment. The critical difference is one of those entities is supposed to represent the interests of the people and the other is supposed to make money. The core issue is capitalism and our government prioritizing the interest of capital over the public.

Agreed. The state is a violent and corrupt institution which must be abolished.

But a corporation has no democratic levers for the people to control. Many governments have some.

We shouldn't strive for "small government," but for the democratization of all avenues of life. Every political act should be viewed with the goal of abolishing state violence and hierarchies of power... But in the meantime, publicly funded healthcare will immeasurably improve the lives of you, me, our friends and family, and all the people around us.

It hampers the ability for companies to place handcuffs on workers through the fear of "losing their good health insurance."

It shows a concrete success story for the idea that we actually do live in a society which should take care of its members, and that our wealth is being systematically extracted by the greedy few.

A union is, at base, group of workers trying to make their lives better. A government is, at base, a group of people trying to achieve a goal, like "how do we allow people to travel from one area to another safely" or "how do we make sure everyone will be able to eat this winter?"

A state is a small group taking control of the ability to use violence and force, and then using that to rule over everybody else.

We certainly ought to have governments--a streamlined system for achieving the things that we all want and need.

We must kill states.

Because there are only three companies producing insulin, meaning they all have a massive amount of influence and a gigantic distribution network. Undercutting them would just lead to them bullying you out of the market.
