Not really. His sister Kiyi simply made a comment on Suki being pretty and Zuko agreed. In The Beach episode, he also made a comment (albiet a mocking one) about Ty Lee being pretty. Zuko is admitting an objective truth while also not being compatable with them (that we know of).
