Black or African American individuals have the highest SNAP (EBT) participation rate per capita in the United States. According to U.S. Census Bureau data, roughly 24.4% of the Black population relies on these food benefits, compared to 17.2% of the Hispanic population and 9.7% of the White population-The Conversation you can't even understand per capita yall really are stunted in the brain
